🧘 Well-being at the workplace is of utmost importance in today's fast-paced and demanding professional environment. Incorporating mindfulness practices, cultivates a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction. By encouraging individuals to be present, self-aware, and attentive to their mental and emotional states, organisations create a supportive atmosphere that reduces stress, enhances focus, and improves decision-making. Throughout this webinar, we discuss the need for and benefits of mindfulness at the workplace with Wayne Caruana, Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Coach. 

🎓 Wayne is a warranted Psychotherapist and an accredited Mindfulness Coach (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).  He has a special interest in supporting adults and youths struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, emotional problems, and other personal issues such as addictions.  Wayne is passionate about helping people find fulfilment and success in both their personal and working lives.  In his practice, he supports clients to find healthier ways to cope with problems and difficulties that, in turn, support their well-being on a day-to-day basis. With over a decade's experience in mindfulness practices, Wayne also regularly holds mental health-related talks and sessions to cultivate a more balanced life and a healthier mind. Wayne’s main aim is for people to see their potential for growth, change, and self-compassion, all while achieving their personal and professional goals.   He enjoys reading, movies, jogging, and hiking in nature.
